DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN NOSY BE

Airport reception. Departure and transfer to the guest's hotel in a spacious air-conditioned car with a guide. Arrival at the hotel. Rest and relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Nosy Be.

DAY 2: NOSY BE-ANKIFY-MAHAMASINA

Visit: Ankarana Special Reserve (Grey Tsingy – River Loss – Lemurs) Departure at 7:00 a.m. from the hotel by car. Afterward, a 40-minute boat transfer to Ankify. From Ankify, continue north, passing through the typical tribal villages of Antakarana and a vast mahogany field that dominates the landscape. After 2.5 hours, we'll arrive in Ambilobe, an urban town with panoramic views and the Ravinala Forest. Another 35-minute drive takes us to Mahamasina, the main entrance to Ankarana Park. After lunch, we'll begin our tour of the park, visiting the Tsingy Gris with its spectacular, pointed rock formations. Along the river, we can find fossilized animal tracks. Eleven species of lemurs and 92 species of birds living in the forests can also be found. Lunch will be served at noon. Late in the afternoon, we'll visit the village of Mahamasina. Dinner and overnight stay at the Mahamasina Hotel.

DAY 3: VISIT TO TSINGY ROUGE:

Visit: The Grand Canyon in miniature. Departure from the hotel at 7:30 a.m., heading to Diego Suarez with a stop at the sapphire villages, with the opportunity to purchase precious stones. We then head towards the Red Tsingy, passing through lush landscapes. It is Mother Nature who has shaped and revealed these red tsingy, year after year, for all to see. Their unique shape and shimmering color captivate the minds of those who come to visit them. Sedimentary formations composed of sandstone, marl, laterite, and limestone, along with climate change, environmental deterioration, and water infiltration, have given rise to this supernatural landscape, unique in the world. This canyon reveals enormous red ochre formations formed by water runoff in these open terrains. The mixture of different oxides gives these curiosities a warm palette of colors ranging from bright white to intense red. Picnic lunch along the way, and continue to Diego. Arrival at the hotel around 4:00 p.m. Overnight stay in a hotel in Diego Suarez.

DAY 4: DIEGO - 3 BAYS - DIEGO

THE THREE BAYS - RAMENA Visit: Sakalava Bay, Dune Bay, and Pigeon Bay (French Mountain, Camp Miné, and Ramena Beach) Departure from the hotel at 8:00 a.m. to see the sugarloaf-shaped island, a sacred place for the Antakarana, and to see the baobabs in the Amber Mountain. Afterward, we stroll around beaches surrounded by sand dunes, such as Sakalava Bay, a popular spot for windsurfers and kitesurfers. There are also the dune coves and Pigeon Bay, with its deserted beaches of exceptional beauty. The mined cape with its military cannon dating back to the French colonial era. Lunch at a restaurant in Ramena with the option of free time for swimming or a stroll on the beach. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge in Ramena.

DAY 5: DIEGO-JOFFRE-DIEGO

AMBER MOUNTAIN

Visit: Amber Mountain National Park (sacred waterfall – the resort – the forest of a thousand trees) Departure at 7:45 a.m., taking the road to Diego. The main entrance to Amber Mountain National Park is located 40 km south of Diego-Suarez, in Joffre Ville. At 1,470 meters above sea level, we discover an immense forest rich in flora and fauna. In addition, there are crater lakes and sacred waterfalls that bear witness to the history of the Antakarana royalty. Besides this, the primary forest of the northern island is also famous for its lemurs and the smallest chameleon in the world, called Brokesia uroplatus, the camouflage gecko. Other animals such as amphibians and endemic plants can also be found there. Lunch will be served on site at 12:00 PM. To end the day, head back to Diego around 3:30 PM with a short tour to discover the history of the city, Joffre Square, and the Hôtel de la Marine, which recalls the colonial era. Arrival at the hotel around 4:00 PM. Dinner and overnight stay at a lodge in Ramena.

DAY 6: DIEGO-AMBILOBE

Transfer from Diego to Ambilobe. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Ambilobe.

DAY 7: AMBILOBE-ANKIFY-NOSY BE

TRANSFER AND COCOA PLANTATION VISIT

After breakfast, depart the hotel at 6:00 a.m. for the port of Ankify. This day will be dedicated solely to the transfer to Nosy Be. Sandwiches and snacks will be available. Arriving at the port around 1:00 p.m., we have only a 30-minute motorboat ride to finally disembark in Nosy Be and drive to the hotel. Transfer and cocoa plantation visit en route. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Nosy Be.

DAY 8: NOSY BE

KOMBA ISLAND - TANIKELY ISLAND (Lemur Island and Marine Park) Nosy Komba is a volcanic island off the coast of Nosy Be. The village of Nosy Komba is adorned with its embroidery and wooden craft market. Nosy Komba is a sanctuary for macaque lemurs, oxtail snakes, chameleons, and various turtles. Nosy Tanikely is located in the northern part of Madagascar; it is a stunning marine reserve with a white beach and crystal-clear sea surrounded by a coral reef. Tanikely is an exceptional destination for snorkeling and diving. At the top of this island, a lighthouse built in 1908 offers exceptional panoramic views of Nosy Be, Nosy Komba, and Madagascar. Visits: Nosy Komba or Lemur Island, Nosy Tanikely or the Tanikely Marine Reserve.

Depending on the schedule, visit the craft village with its embroidery and wooden craft market. Afterward, visit the mini park where you'll admire the island's endemic species such as the famous lemur macaques, short-tailed snakes, chameleons, and various earthworms. Then, from Nosy Komba, head to Nosy Tanikely for a 15-minute drive. Tanikely is a stunning marine reserve with a white beach and crystal-clear sea surrounded by a coral reef. You can see lemurs, chameleons, and bats in its forest. In addition, the marine reserve park is also teeming with diverse marine life such as sea turtles, starfish, and clownfish. It is an ideal destination for lovers of swimming, sunbathing, relaxing, and especially snorkeling. Finally, at noon, hearty traditional dishes will be served with a fascinating ocean view. DAY 9: NOSY BE

Visit: Island Tour

Departure at 7:45 a.m., heading to Hell Ville City. The goal is to introduce you to Nosy-Be through the culture of its inhabitants, the Sakalava, its history, and its sacred places such as the "sacred tree and its 12 lakes." In the town center, visit the main market and Hell-ville, where you'll discover not only the spices and fruit varieties characteristic of the local cuisine, but also the remains and history left by the colonial era. Afterward, enjoy a pleasant lunch at a restaurant on Andilana Beach with a turquoise sea view, perfect for a relaxing midday break. Afterward, head to Mount Passot, the second highest peak in Nosy Be, offering a 360° panoramic view not only of Nosy Be but also of the neighboring islands. It's the best place to watch the sunset. DAY 10: NOSY BE

IRANJA ISLAND

Departure from the hotel at 8:00 a.m. to IRANJA ISLAND, departing from Ambatoloaka Beach by speedboat. The journey takes 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive on IRANJA Island, you will be greeted by a breathtaking landscape. A total immersion in nature will enhance your day. To begin the day, two magnificent islets await you, connected by a 2 km long stretch of white sand. A pristine white beach is available for all your relaxation, where you can sunbathe, swim, and take a short walk to discover several varieties of ferns, all set against a turquoise blue sea. At 12:30 p.m., a delicious lunch with seafood, dishes prepared with coconuts, and seasonal fruits will be served in the shade of the coconut trees. Around 4:00 p.m., return to the hotel. DAY 11: RELAX

DAY 12: DEPARTURE DAY
